There is some of that in Massachusetts too, but MA is a Democratic state, and our 
biggest problem is the Oligarchs in the state legislature who do as they damn well 
please, and damn the voters.  I marvel that the citizens continue to support them, 
considering what they have done.  They also give nothing in return for this 
unrequited loyalty.  Maybe it's merely basic stupidity.
