The double 0 was also the way I intended to do the things.
If the SOC HQ/Staff is OK with this one, I will issue the #00 to QSL.NET.
Of course Al, K3TKJ, will receive a copy of the announcement.
He has received a prestigious award at Dayton. I am sure he will appreciate 
SOC#00 too ;o))
