Now, abt the SOC web site, 2-3 months ago the SOC HQ has voted to make me the
new Webmaster of the SOC web site & SOC Secretary and bcoz the old web location
(via Papa Diz facilities) was not so easy for me to deal with, I asked for a web
space on QSL.NET and that is why I am "holding" both things (the web at
www.qsl.net/soc & the email soc@qsl.net ) . If you write to soc@qsl.net you will
have the big unpleasant surprise to get an answer from ... myself :((

Should you want an URL for your club, just apply to Al like you did for your own
personnal web site ;o)

I notice a few guys on these lists have qsl.net addresses with their club's name
in
the url (i.e. qsl.net/soc).  How do you get these???  I've tried twice to
acquire one
for the local club, and get no response.  I didn't use the callsign box, I
e-mailed
Al directly like the instructions say to.  What did you guys do to get yours???
