[SOC] qsl.net club url???

I notice a few guys on these lists have qsl.net addresses with their club's name in
the url (i.e. qsl.net/soc).  How do you get these???  I've tried twice to acquire one
for the local club, and get no response.  I didn't use the callsign box, I e-mailed
Al directly like the instructions say to.  What did you guys do to get yours???
