To ALL de PY5CC (1935Z): TO EA6ACC THE PY3ZM call sign was cancelled by
ANATEL our comunication agency. Doesent exist. This french guy canot use it
because is ilegall. Foreing operators in PY need to use PY + area + 3
letters in the suffix. He also made many wrong things here . Very sorry to
tell you about that. LABRE our league is madking some inform to all the
comunity.

To ALL de PY5CC (1938Z): By the way PY3ZM guy is also listed as OK8ZM. In
the past he use as manager from one HH2 station and take the money from
everybody. I just receive several emails from thios guy as attack to me !!
