[SOC] 2BDQ dipole

Well, it was a beautiful day, so I went out and hacked up my perfectly good 
40M dipole, and put up the 2BDQ 80/40M trap dipole. With the dimensions 
Howard sent me, it was a snap to tune up. (It was a little high on 40 and a 
teeny bit low on 80). Have it now centered on 7.050 and 3.550. 

Just listening, it doesn't seem any different on 40 than my 40M dipole. Local 
sigs are still better on it than on the loop. Nobody on 80 yet, so remains to 
be seen.

I'll give it a go in the NJQRP HB Sprint this weekend. You all will be on for 
that, right?
