[SOC] SOC management

Hi Gang,

I solicited once before with no response...

I filled in on a temporary basis to assign SOC numbers;
also to maintain the SOC web pages.

Well, I no longer have the time (work related) to do the later.

So... I still need a volunteer to do the above. What say guys?
