Many years ago in Readers Digest, a US magazine,
the "Humor in Uniform" section included a story about
a British Officer who had been caught running
naked through the halls of a swank London hotel.

All charges were subsequently dropped,
British Military Law stated at the time,
"A Naval Officer may appear in Public suitably
attired for the sport in which he is participating."

I guess we'll have to add the British to the list of
Hot Blooded Men, at least the men from the
Armed Forces.
