John's DNS is not set up properly for his domain, It is a MUST that your 
domain resolve both directions and his reverse DNS is missing. To modern 
mail servers an un-resolvable domain usually equals a spammer and the mail 
is refused. We do that at QSL as it is the default configuration for Sendmail.
