[SOC] PL / CTCSS Encoder Schematic?

Does anyone know where I can dig up a schematic for a PL / CTCSS encoder?
Local repeater on 146.835 had to turn the tone on because of the boneheads
using the St. Louis repeater on that frequency that don't quite obey that
"minimum power" rule.  I turn down my power when I can hear myself keying
their repeater, why can't they do the same?  AARRGH!  Not only that, but for
some reason the heat in the shed the repeater is housed in gets up to about
110 degrees and breaks open the squelch.  It's a commercial deal with a
couple FM stations that really heat up the room.  Did it on the old repeater
too oddly enough.

Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something that'll generate a tone of
123.
