Well, I just used the expression "5 MHZ EXPERIMENTAL LICENSE" for a Google
search, and there's a bunchh of info there, including the ARRL being issued
WA2XSY in 1999.

I have a friend who has an experimenter's callsign for work in the 136 KHz
area.  He's quite familiar with the application process, as well as the
separate database for those licenses.  I'll ask him for some info on how to
look up those callsigns.
