[SOC] Symmetrical moment

For those who favor the European system of date/month:
As the clock ticks over to 8:02PM on Wednesday, February 20th,
2002, time will -- for the moment -- read in perfect symmetry:
20:02, 20/02, 2002.  This sort of event has only happened
once before, and it's a chronological phenomenon that will
never be repeated.

The only other occasion when time could have been read in such
a symmetrical pattern (10:01, 10/01, 1001) was long before the
division of time known as a minute had been conceived.
