Well, no not really - just completely surreal.

If you get your sound card re-installed, browse some of the clips you can
find on the site.

Don't know if it's found its way as far south as you, but the 'Eurovision
Song Contest' is an event not to be missed.

Wogan has it down to a tee. The songs are almost without exception complete
and utter crap and 'Herr Togmeister' (c.f. Radio 2 etc.) does the UK
commentary. Occasionally, between unsuppressed laughter, he manages to utter
a complete sentence.

He got into *real* trouble with the organisers for not taking it seriously.
Caused even more hilarity.

Recommend it...

p.s. The best thing ever to come out of Eurovision was 'Riverdance'; a short
entertainment piece supposed to keep the audience happy whilst the "juries"
were "voting" that stole the entire show. (The quotation marks in the
previous sentence are entirely intentional - as you'd know if you'd seen the
voting process. It's a scream.)
