[Snowball] Note to list regarding possible delay in shipping a snowball

My thoughts on adding new folks was that they would go to the bottom of the
list in one of the groups.  We'd rotate the ball through the groups as
planned, and as we neared the end of the rotation, we'd draw up new groups
to keep the numbers in each group down to the 5-6 that folks expressed they
desired.

Its not nearly as complicated as it sounds.  Hi hi.
