[Snowball] Note to list regarding possible delay in shipping a snowball

You should have it by Friday July 14th Tom. Saturday at the latest.
I think you'll be well pleased. 

One suggestion guys... if someone joins up after the kickoff, they will get placed at the 
bottom of the list after each of the present people has had a turn. RIght?

If enough join to warrant a third group we can do that too I suppose.
