[Snowball] Suggested revision to Rule 5) b)

Jeramy and all,Rule 5) b) sounds great, but will be difficult in practice to administer.
Let's keep it simple.  If you're off the list for whatever reason, whenyou notify us that you're available again to receive snowballs, yourposition on the list stays the same, and you'll receive a snowballin the normal course of a snowball's rotation through the names.
In other words, when off the list, you'll be skipped over.  When you return, you'll get a snowball as you would have before you left.
