[Snowball] Updated Rules/Shipping list (UNCLASSIFIED)

That would be my fault.   I was using my phone, and for some reason it
ignored the 'CC' line where I had put the snowball group address.  I
just noticed it when you brought it up.

SO... It looks like the group list, etc. hasn't been going out to the
group...  Allow me to get things squared away here in my email, and
I'll send those files out to everyone like I had intended.

Sorry about that... marvels of modern technology...
