Hi Jeramy,
New thought.
To help prevent loss of small parts why not use a Plastic trash can
liner with all parts inside it.
I am sure almost everybody will have these on hand and will help
cover for a missed seem or tape falling off.
Everything else sounds very good.

and order a small batch of large flat rate boxes.
They are FREE and NO delivery charge.
They come in packs of 10 or 25 and are in a nice box to keep them handy.
