[Snowball] Reconsidering Turnaround Times

Hi,

When Lloyd was running the snowball the guideline was using a week to
ten days to sort through, *think* about what you wanted to keep and what
you wanted to pass along, repack into a new, free box, and then send it
along. Some of the guys turned it around a little faster. Some needed a
little more time. It is good to have a little time to savor the goodies
and think about whether you will actually *USE* the things you think you
wanted.

It was also part of the reasonable communications to notify the list
when we received the snowball, when we sent it along, and to whom.

I think we are all going to enjoy our time anticipating the snowball's
arrival, sorting through it, picking goodies that we can imagine
somebody else smiling when they get it, sending on it's way again...just
to start the whole thing over.
