[Snowball] Reconsidering Turnaround Times

I agree with Richard and Bill. I support notifyingthe group when a snowball arrives. And thenwhenever the person is ready to send it along, henotifies the group of the date sent and to whom.
How much time each person takes to enjoy thesnowball and replenish it will vary from several days to several weeks ... and that's just fine with me.Best,-Tom
