[SMCARA] TailGate Fest #9 - change in plans - no Friday set up - recovery IP and loose-end happenings

 Hi Dan, et. al. I did not get the message and waited at the HVFD main hall until 1800. Some just do not get the message. Dan if you read this before 0600. I would like to buy one of the indoor tables and volunteer for the talk in station spot. de W3GYT Walt

Hopefully, you've seen the earlier email telling that we cannot set-up on
Friday evening.
Gene N3NO plans to open the HVFD space at 0600 on Sat. 8th. 
Pete Butt dropped off the outdoor Hamfest Direction signs & I plan to post
them on MD 235 after I finish this notice to you.
Pete also dropped off coffee fixings (small pot, cups, etc.); I have the
large pot & Rob plans to bring more coffee & fixings tomorrow and donuts.
There are 3 (and possibly 4) tables still available.
 Loose ends progress:
Pete plans to bring the club Emergency trailer w/ radio tomorrow : talk-in
possible then.
I have a roll of tickets for door prizes & Pete has a bull-horn; might
another bull horn be available??
Weather claims cloudy & ~62 or so.
