 And one more update.. Since the Bingo Hall is available now we will be using that tomorrow and not the room we had last year at the top of the hill. Sorry for the late notice..

Friday evening.
Gene N3NO plans to open the HVFD space at 0600 on Sat. 8th. 
Pete Butt dropped off the outdoor Hamfest Direction signs & I plan to post
them on MD 235 after I finish this notice to you.
Pete also dropped off coffee fixings (small pot, cups, etc.); I have the
large pot & Rob plans to bring more coffee & fixings tomorrow and donuts.
There are 3 (and possibly 4) tables still available.
 Loose ends progress:
Pete plans to bring the club Emergency trailer w/ radio tomorrow : talk-in
possible then.
I have a roll of tickets for door prizes & Pete has a bull-horn; might
another bull horn be available??
Weather claims cloudy & ~62 or so.
