0. Have coordinated w/ Gene N3NO: Will need volunteers at the HVFD ~ 1700
Friday 7th Oct to help set up our SMCARA TailGate Fest - arrange Main Area
Indoor tables (I'll have Paid-For cards for tables) , set up traffic cones
at the Outdoor Tailgate area, etc.
I have table arrangement layout and I plan to post direction signs on Rte.
235.
Once finished, Indoor table "owners" may set up their treasures, getting
ready for the influx of Saturday buyers.
On Saturday 8th, volunteers are needed at the Registration table
(coffee/donut sales, record Outdoor spaces & new tables sales); at Outdoor
spaces to direct tailgaters & monitor paid-for user spaces (I'll provide
cards for posting); Talk-in station; etc., etc..     
I'd appreciate an email from anyone able to help Friday evening and/or
Saturday, even for an hour or more.  
1.  Indoor tables - 9 of 18 are still available @ $10 each; call or email me
to reserve.
2.  Door Prizes: I've received & printed 3 Gift Coupons from the ARRL
($50/$25/$25) and 6 new "Easy Way" (various ham topics) books from author
K4IA.
Other donations are appreciated.
Should have plenty of space to eyeball and renew contact with old friends.
I appreciate those who have spread the word, as I've also received queries
from planned attendees from Waldorf-area and Calvert County.
