[SMCARA] hamfest tables update - 3 available

Folks:
I have a Money Order and several checks for tables to turn in to Walt, our
Treasurer  at the Thur. mtg 23rd Sept. - status is: 11 paid for, 4 more "for
sure" and 3 still available.
I'll have the 18-table layout on Thur. for folks to pick their table(s); AC
receptacles in the room are in short supply so payee tables have been
assigned to those who have requested electricity.
I've had several inquiries about tailgate spaces, so I stopped at the HVFD
Tues. afternoon - the health dept. has the COVID vaccination lines set up
but the remaining area is plenty large for our effort.
Please contact me if you'd like a table or more.

The HVFD PA system does not reach the hamfest table room - does anyone have
a portable PA system we could use for announcements and to give away several
ARRL prizes?

Additional details planned for discussion at Thursday's meeting 7:30 pm Pax
River Museum: Friday 1730 set up tables and rope-off tailgate area, place
signage (road turn Direction/Tailgate Area/Hamfest Entrance) and opportunity
for early table set-up of sale or trade. goodies.
