[SMCARA] Old TV caused village broadband outages for 18 months

Back in the mid 90s when I was a network engineer for a wireless ISP, one
customer always had his Internet completely go out at random times. We
finally figured out it went out around meal times when he was using his
microwave. Our gear was operating at 2.4GHz and his microwave was very
leaky!!
