The Orionid Meteor Shower is Underway
Right now, specks of dust from Halley's comet are disintegrating in
Earth's atmosphere, kicking off the annual Orionid meteor shower.

*METEORS FROM HALLEY'S COMET: *Right now, specks of dust from Halley's
comet are disintegrating in Earth's atmosphere, kicking off the annual
Orionid meteor shower. Forecasters expect the shower to peak this
weekend with 20+ meteors per hour emerging from the constellation Orion.
The nearly full Moon could reduce visibility, but it is possible to
