[SMCARA] DAYTON OR BUST

Hi Eric,

I am heading that way on Thursday. Flea Market spot 7466 or vicinity. 
Look for the Airstream with lots of stuff. We, Joe W8JRK ( high school 
pal from the 50s!) and I, have 6 spots in a row. Our group (a bunch of 
guys from Lansing MI area) are staying near WPAFB at LaQuinta. Closer in 
hotels jacked up their prices IAW Hamvention tradition.

I attended last year and the flea was a mud hole! It was otherwise a 
great time. They promised to have fixed it this year, we shall see, as 
Rain/T-Strms are in the forecast. Bring boots and foul weather gear! 
Rain is a l ong standing Dayton tradition, so no big deal AND the 
restrooms all are clean and functional as opposed to the "outhouse" like 
conditions at HARA!

Been to the museum many times with TPS classes in tow. We would load the 
TPS students/staff into the Herc and fly there for the day. Always worth 
the trip to see some really historical flying machines that we all read 
about as kids.
