[SMCARA] Dues reminder and arrears notification.

Afternoon all.  This is a final reminder that 2019 SMCARA dues are up.  I
have some that already paid or have paid for 2019 and thank you.  For the
rest.  As of midnight tonight you are in arrears with dues and no longer
eligible to vote or hold office until they are paid.  As a side note, if
you are more than a year behind you are being moved to the "inactive" list.

I would post the paid up list but work no longer lets me access Google
Drive so I will post it later this evening.
