Afternoon all,

Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday afternoon.  I have had a couple of 
questions in the past and inquiries about someone elses membership data 
(email phone etc.) and I have respectfully declined.  With the website 
back up and some people asking for a club roster.  I want for you all to 
consider the following item for new business that I will be bringing up 
next meeting.

1.  Does the club want a social roster put on the website in a "members 
only" area. (login/pass required)

1a.  If you do, what do you want included.

1b.  What do you NOT want included.


If there is a social roster, of course you will be given an opportunity 
to "opt out" of any extra data but at the minimum as a member your Name 
and Call will be listed.  Remember, a smart ham knows how to get your 
mailing address *COUGH ULS COUGH*

Don't need an answer now.  Think about it.  I will bring it up for a 
motion/discussion next meeting.  Also, to reiterate, I will always keep 
my current privacy policy.  That I WILL NOT, give out ANY information 
about any member if asked.  No email, no address, no nuthin!  So please 
consider updating your QRZ listing for at least the email address 
because this bunny will not give it out.

Also speaking of membership, NOW is a good time to talk about club 
dues..and renewing them!  Remember everybody expires at the end of this 
month (except the ones who renewed at field day...thank you!).

Enjoy your Sunday evening and remember...the 31st is coming and you wont 
be able to vote for or hold office if your dues aren’t paid!
