[SMCARA] Boy Scout Jamboree

We have gotten this request every year and we dont as a club act on it.  
Grant does.  The main reason why we do not do this is that there is 
specific "child safe" training that any and all volunteers have to 
complete as well as a background investigation before we can show up and 
setup.  If you still wish to do something I would suggest getting in 
touch with Grant Grassele (Grant...you there?  Maybe you could chime in 
and add info with this) who would know all the rules and regulations 
surrounding any outside people assisting with the Scouts.
