[SMCARA] Amateur radio testing

Good morning everyone.

Just to give everyone a status from the VEC side of the house.  I have
gotten all the supplies from Eric and gone through them.  I have done some
sorting and shifting around to suit my OCD personality and almost confident
of how I have things.  I am still working on MY testing schema and
check-list as well as modifying some of Eric's tools to suit my needs.

TL:DR  Almost ready!

Testing schedule.  I have had one person so far inquire about an upgrade
session (Yea a customer) and looking for others.  I want to propose that
there will be a testing session during our up-coming tailgating fest
thingie.  I WILL be ready to go and will go on a more regular schedule
after that point.  So, unless there is any reason to say no, be ready for a
good test session during the tailgate-palooza next month.
