[SMCARA] Carafest 2016

This is usually a good hamfest.  Weather is great this time of year too. 
Last year the old Timonium 'fest (SK) joined forces with CARA, but I 
don't see anything to indicate that this year. Still worth the trip up 
Route 32 for this one!
