Here's that second email.  If you are a VALID card carrying W5YI VE on this
reflector and you wish to be part of the test team, please be so kind as to
respond to me (w3bnyren(at)gmail.com) ONLY with your VE number and
expiration date.  You do not need to be a member of SMCARA to be part of
the testing team.  Just a W5YI accredited VE.
