It is my understanding that we are on our own for vests & they have requested we use orange vests this year.

Net control has a tent, tables, white board, mast, antenna, radio w power supply, & extension cords for power.

I think we are short 1 canopy tent that we were wanting to use at the entrance.

If you can think of anything else we need, please let me know asap.

Here is what I know. I am in Kentucky until next weekend so I will not be
there tomorrow. Ken and Stacey are in the loop.

Equipment Needed: Handheld Transceivers with charged batteries. I believe
the net control station is taken care of. 
As for vests, I have no clue where we stand. I will try to get a feel for
that today.
Be sure to bring a water bottle / thermos. 

For those planning to be there for the 8am - 10am shift please plan to be
onsite at 7am to assist in setting up the net control station.

Again I thank all who are joining in especially being that I cannot be
there. Please have fun!
