Corrections I pressed send before I got done.
I am not sure of my availability for Field Day and with all the emails going around about Field Day  here is some food for thought

"To work as many stations as possible on any and all amateur bands (excluding the 60, 30, 17, and 12-meter bands) and to learn to operate in abnormal situations in less than optimal conditions. Field Day is open to all amateurs in the areas covered by the ARRL/RAC Field Organizations and countries within IARU Region 2. DX stations residing in other regions may be contacted for credit, but are not eligible to submit entries."

Order Tent $400... Do we want a tent?
Bingo Hall at the Fire Department? Available?
If bingo hall is available, Shall we set up radios there and forget about tent? Lessons learned from last year...It's midnight an people went home. Radios got stored in Bingo Hall. Some on who wanted to work the 3 am shift couldn't access to the Bingo Hall to operate. Sunday morning shift was nill no radios...

Instead of tent, have communications trailer w padlock and op from there?

Shall we create a schedule? Grave yard shift?  End everything at midnight and go home? Tents? RV?

Last year as I recall the laptops took a dump. Set up a trial run perhaps this year? Training on software would be good.

BTW paper logs suck, I had to type in paper logs one year but couldn't read peoples handwriting and gave up.

Saturday 2 PM -- Sunday 2PM general FD operating

Also, when is the educational event?  We had a make and take one year.

Oh Yeah! Turn in coherent, no dupes LOG! No Chicken Scratch ! It doesn't matter if we made 10 contacts we have 1100 points by showing up and having a good time.
