To all Southern Maryland & Washington, DC Hams with 2-Meter capability,

I would like to conduct a daytime test of the Fort Washington Amateur Radio Club  (FWARC) 2-Meter frequency, 147.555 MHz, this Saturday, March 28, at 11:00 AM.

The nightime 2-Meter test that was conducted on Sunday, March 22, was a complete failure.  I was only able to make contact with two stations and yet my antenna is about 65 feet high and my output power is 40 watts.

If the test on Saturday morning is also a failure, I will probably buy a 2-Meter 500-watt amplifier.
