Fine Job Chris!
Whomever takes over in August might consider adding a PIO to the
executive board. Granted it would mean changes to the Bylaws /
Constitution but it might be worth it.
Now that we have the word out where do we stand on gear? Do we have
enough radios? Were we using the club generator this year? Where do we
stand on coax and power cords? Lighting for nite ops? Do we have enough
people signed up to operate the radios from start to finish? What about
the tent?
We have some details listed out on the club website but so far not a lot
of response. It has also been suggested we get a list of the side dishes
that are being brought so that we don't end up with 50 dishes of potato
salad. Now I love potato salad just as much as the next guy but we might
be able to mix things up if we know a head of time what is being
brought.
Please be sure to wear those club shirts so that club members are easily
identified.
I have obligations early Sunday morning so I can only be on-site until
dark.
Please lets get these details listed so everyone can have that nice warm
fuzzy that we are ready and that if the Public shows up we have a show
to put on for them.
Thanks and Have Fun!
