Correct me if I am wrong:  Since Nominations and Elections occur at the same
time (July club meeting) it's
Premature for someone to prepare/present a vison for the year.

No one knows who might be nominated, let alone elected, for any particular
positon.

Quick question ... For July's Club meeting are those whom are looking to run
for President prepared to offer a "Vision For The Year" presentation if
elected? or should I plan to have a speaker present a topic? 

Based on the By-Laws the current committee is responsible for club
operations until July 31st so I want to make sure we are covered for July's
meeting.
