[SMCARA] Audit Committee

This will be the first Financial Audit and first Property Audit conducted for the SMCARA.  Audits were not required the by laws until this year.

SMCARA Property held at K3RWR:

1)  Wilson SY36 6 Element Tribander for 10, 15, 20 Meters.  Donated to SMCARA in 2014 and used for Field Day
2)  Yaesu FT-225RD All-Mode VHF (2 Meter) Transceiver + Mic.  Donated to SMCARA in 2014.  Condition unknown.  Suggest offering for sale at 2015 Tailgate Fest with proceeds going into SMCARA treasury.
