[SMCARA] AUDIT Committee

If an audit hasn't been done in recent memory then do we need to rush 
the committee to get one done in 9 days or less? I think I'd rather see 
them have the time to do a thorough job of it and present the results in 
August like Dan mentioned previously. We can go forward from there 
knowing we have good documentation on club inventory and a complete 
report on finances.
