Chris, I believe your 430 has a 13 pin din (accessory) plug in the back. You can purchase a cable from tigertronics (the makers of the signalink). Give them a call and they can tell you which cable to order. It should cost less than $20.
Thar way your signalink goes into the back of your rig and your mic goes in the front. No need for a switch.
If you still want a switch, check out the MFJ-1263. Its a little more than what you're looking for, but will do the trick. Rigblaster used to make a switch like your looking for, you might be able to find one on ebay.

Subject: [SMCARA] Mic switch
Howdy all,
I posted a question on a ham radio Facebook group earlier but hope I
might get a more productive answer here. Apparently people on Facebook
don't read...
I'm picking up a SignaLink for my Kenwood TS-430S and don't want to have
to keep swapping cables to do digital and phone. I'm looking for a
simple A/B microphone switch for 8 pin round connectors that doesn't
cost an arm and a leg and have unnecessary extra features. Like an old
2-port VGA switch circa 2000. The $100 switches from MFJ are entirely
more than I need.
And before anyone suggests "just build your own", I thought of that. I
appreciate the confidence you have in my abilities but... For the cost
of the soldering iron I don't own yet and the multiple bits and bobs
that I'll destroy trying to make one I might as well just give my $100
to DX Engineering. I'll get to the point of building my own but it's not
today. :)
And maybe a Soldering 101 for Dummies (like me) class would be a good
club activity some time.
So, any thoughts?
