[SMCARA] Tailgate Fest 2014

All,

I just sent an email off to the Delaware group in charge of the DELMARVA
AMATEUR RADIO  and ELECTRONICS EXPO which was scheduled for the same day as
our tailgate fest last year. I am checking to see when they they have their
event scheduled for this year. If they follow the last Saturday in October
then theirs will be on the 25th of October 2014 but we will have to wait
and see.

I suggest holding ours either October 11th or October 18th.

I am looking for feedback as I would like to have a vote on the 23rd of
this month to issue a check to reserve the facility.

If we start now the event can be even better than last years!
