[SMCARA] Noise/RFI

Well, if all breakers have been tripped and off and nothing on.
Eliminates all but UPS connected devices. This includes the heat pump
and air circulator. UPS can be turned off also but have to do it at
the UPS. That would eliminate about 99% of anything in the house
except for the external power meter from SMECO. Did this just start or
a timeframe when something was done to the house or any modification
to the house or a neighbours house? Can the problem be duplicated
from a mobile unit near the house or by it outside to see if there is
a bad RF ground? Just some thoughts...
