The Buddies in the Caribbean are active from the chalet on St Lucia (J6).  I worked Bud J68FF (W3FF) and Chris J68HF (W6HFP) on 17 today 18,157.5, the standard HFPack calling freq.
They are Beta Testing the new Buddipole Beam and it seems to be working well.  Bud was running 5 watts from his backpack with a 55 signal.
I'm homesick!
