[SMCARA] SMCARA Antenna build off

I was under the impression that SSB/CW was done in HORIZONTAL polarization
and FM work was done in the vertical.  I know there is no set "law" saying
as much but there is that pesky 70db loss thing if you try to work a
station horizontal if you are vertical and the other station is opposite.
