  I don't really have a preference, but I would suggest 146.520 be
the target frequency.  Besides being the National Simplex Calling
Frequency, it is also the middle of the 2M band.  This gives the
creator a good emergency antenna, and more than likely another antenna
to use for all of our local repeaters.  Just my thoughts.
