[SMCARA] Repeater Questions

As there doesn't seem to be universal interest in the digital modes I
think a separate meeting would be great, I suggest inviting knowable
folks who can represent each different digital technology, i.e., Dwayne
(D-STAR), Bob Sheskin (System Fusion) or another rep from the Calvert
club, andKim Wells,  K3OCM (DMR) who is listed as the POC for the
Charlotte Hall DMR repeater K3OCM 443.1875.

Each representative should be asked to demo the system and to estimate
start-up costs for both the repeater and users, system reliability,
learning curve for users, installed base and expected growth both
locally and nationally/worldwide, linking, feature set and expandability
(GPS, APRS, data, photo, etc.)  And the all important:  "Why did you,
and if you had to do it over would you?".
