[SMCARA] Club EM Com trailer

Eric,

The club did not inherit the trailer. The trailer belongs to Gene Talley
(N3NO). Gene is allowing us access to the trailer when he can. As of right
now I have asked for the trailer to be at our upcoming public events.

I agree it is an awesome concept to have an emergency communications
trailer but I have to be clear that it is Gene's trailer not a club asset.
