[SMCARA] Club EM Com trailer

This is a suggestion on the new/old EMCOM trailer the club inherited about lending it out to the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief or the Red Cross during disasters. There is a few of SMCARA members that are members of the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief with Yellow Hat training. EM com is another disaster relief  training offered with the organization.

In the meantime It would be  great training to use the radio equipment for EMCOM demonstrations.
