[SMCARA] Southern Maryland Tailgate Fest

Now that I have had time to recover physically, I would like to offer a big
THANK YOU to all those who helped in making our first tailgate fest a huge
success. I have received emails from vendors and participants alike saying
that SMCARA should do this again and that if we did they would bring more
of their friends with them. That is a huge compliment!

We are still tallying everything up but from the initial estimates we made
more than enough money to do this again next year. We will follow up on
some of the feedback as to not conflict with the Delaware hamfest and CQWW
contest.

Lastly I would like to congratulate all those who took their exams Saturday
as I believe everyone was successful at obtaining their upgrades. Job well
done to all who helped Eric issue those exams!
